Pittsburgh Chef Kevin Watson, Owner of Chef's Table talks with Frank Udavcak

If you're in Pittsburgh, perhaps you're already familiar with Chef's Table. Located on Babcock Boulevard, Chef's Table is owned by Kevin Watson - formerly a Private Chef for icons such as Jerome Bettis, Alan Faneca, and even President Bush.
That's just a brief glimpse of Kevin's career as he had previously held Executive Chef at not only Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island, but Savoy and The Cafe at the Frick.
With current events, it's important to note that Kevin has been a staple in the community as he's provided meals to those in need through a program called "Buy a Meal, Give a Meal" and is the founder of various after school programs.
Our director, Frank Udavcak, had the opportunity to sit with Chef Watson to discuss his accolades and environment. It's been a few months due to COVID-19, but the following two videos are what we created from our meeting.
